About
This Sainsbury’s Local is a compact supermarket stocking everyday groceries, drinks and meal deals. It has self-service tills and a system for collecting points. The store carries Starbucks mocha among its drinks, along with a selection of wine. Some customers have noted helpful staff who assist with finding items. The floor is kept clean, and stock levels are generally maintained. From time to time, there are meal deals available, though the included items may change.
Customer Reviews
Ridiculous! I went in for a meal deal and couple other bits. Went and got the Starbucks mocha as I normally do and then saw on my receipt it’s not part of it anymore. Yet they still keep it in the middle of the other meal deal drinks with the same coloured label. Thieving little things there’s a Tesco round the corner go there instead they’ve never done me wrong.
Is very good to use because I use this and I collect pont on it love it
Disappointing Experience I recently visited this Sainsbury's and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the store, I noticed a lone assistant trying to manage an order and attending to the shop floor, clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the tasks at hand. There was no sight of any other colleague around to assist him or attend to customers. Despite his obvious workload, I had to approach him directly and request his assistance at the till. He kindly obliged, but it was disheartening to see him juggling between deliveries and attending to customers, all on his own. What struck me the most was his repeated calls for assistance over the store's intercom system, yet no one seemed to respond or come to his aid. It was evident that he needed support, but the lack of response from other staff members was concerning. As a customer, I expect better service and support from a reputable store like Sainsbury's. The situation not only affected my shopping experience but also left me feeling sympathetic towards the colleague who was clearly stretched thin.
