Customer Reviews
A good costa! As most of them are. Staff, cheerful and polite. Coffee of consistent quality. Indoor and outdoor seating - sheltered from the rain. Clean inside and spacious. Very bright as the walls are all window! So a good place to watch the world go by, or as it turned out, various meetings and people using it as a workspace.
One of the best Costa's in the country if you were to ask me. An excellent team overall and what makes them stand out from other stores like the one in Bangor (Next) is that they assemble and serve up an excellent coffee. You can tell they care and that their trainers do a good job inducting new staff to maintain excellent standards. Da Iawn!
I love coming in here and come in most mornings with my neighbour. It is always clean, there’s usually no issue finding a table and the staff are very friendly. The manager Nicole deserves a mention as she is very friendly and her colleague Hannah. It’s worth getting the Costa App if you visit often to get a free coffee with each 10 loyalty points and bring a reusable cup as you get 2 points instead of 1 if you use it. There is a tram stop nearby if you’re visiting the area and the BBC is next door. Thanks for reading.
