I have been in this shop a few times and I want to say how hard the staff all work. The manager is always very polite. And very helpful. But would like to point out a staff member I didn’t catch her name. She has tattoos and wears glasses. A week a so ago I was doing a shop and a lady who was struggling to walk was noticed by this staff member. She let the lady hold onto her arm and she slowly walked this lady outside and helped her into her mobility scooter! That to me is going above and beyond great customer service, I’ve seen this staff member before, and she has helped myself when I got a bit carried away she saw me struggle a bit and asked if I needed a basket. She kindly got me a basket and stood holding it while I put my things in. She was very polite. I think staff in small shops don’t really get recognised enough. So I would like to say she’s a credit to the company.
Wrost customer service ever, i went there around 2pm on Christmas day and the girl didn’t wanted to serve me alcohol cause of course i didn’t have my id with me and was fairs , she had a problem with the bag and i wanted to help her but she was looking at me weirdly and the throw the bag on the table and looking amused at me and my friend, the girl was looking at us weirdly and when we were asking questions she wasn’t answering, honestly if you don’t have good customer service skills just don’t do this type of jobs. Bad experience won’t come back ever again!
Great store, staff go above and beyond for your needs, management is great & is always cheerful & happy.
