There was some delay with my order and I was pissed as my calls to the official line were getting ignored. Eventually, someone responded and ensured I got my parcel. Overall experience is average. I’ve placed another order.🤦🏾♀️ Hopefully, it goes well and changes my opinion on the business.
Items delivered are in good shape. Reasonable price. My only issue is it take longer to receive delivery. I've been wanting to download the app on play store but haven't been able to. I've recommended afrobuy to two people. You are doing a good job.
Ordered a few times now and very happy with the quality of the goods and the dispatch/delivery time. The only thing I would say is the frozen stuff could do with better packing to ensure it stays frozen as it was thawed completely by the time it arrived and I know other companies have a better system in place for this. Doesn't stop me buying in future though.
