I ordered food from this place and the chicken shawarma was completely burnt, dry and rubber-like. It was impossible to chew. I only ate a very small amount and it made me feel unwell (nausea and stomach pain). When I politely told the seller about the problem, instead of apologising he sent me 13 very abusive and extremely offensive voice messages in Farsi. Some of the insults were very vulgar and shocking. I am a disabled and vulnerable person, and this behaviour caused me a lot of stress and fear. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a takeaway. I would not recommend this place at all. My name is Mehrdad Azizi, and I have proof of identity. I ordered the food directly via WhatsApp. Because the seller knew me, he told me I could pay the £15 one week later. I only ate a very small amount because the chicken shawarma was burnt, extremely dry, and very difficult to chew. I felt unwell afterwards. I recorded a video of myself throwing the food in the bin because it was not edible. I have kept all evidence, including photos and the WhatsApp conversation. It is unfair and unprofessional for the business to accuse a customer of being “fake” simply because they reported a genuine problem. I am only sharing my honest experience.
Really nice food I didn't have change but they guy left and brought the change back thank you so much really lovely and polite my daughter also enjoyed her chicken nuggets
Im allergic to tomatoes, called after placing Just Eat order to state really allergic to tomatoes in salad to confirm and make sure. Kebab arrived with two tomatoe slices in and pips so unable to eat. Takeaway closed so unable to speak to them. Really need to listen to customer that is paying
