I was gonna rate this food 4 stars but there generosity reached them 5 stars I had a problem with one of my kebabs so I rang up and they arranged to have me a new one sent out not just one but two even tho I only had a problem with one of them cause I got the kebab deal honestly couldn’t ask for better service very kind and helpful people thankyou so much Also the only negative I have about the kebabs are the nanbread is too thick I prefer thin but suppose that’s what I like other might prefer it thanks again
Last week we ordered x4 Tandoori Hot pizzas with added red onions and a garlic pizza with cheese. Usually pizzas from here are absolutely amazing. It's our weekly family treat. However, on this occasion, the pizzas were so hard and dry at the base, even the kids were commenting on how hard it is. I think either the pizza base was fresh and wasn't given enough time for yeast to rise before cooking. It was over cooked. Dough was more like the dough you get when you order flat bread. Not risen at all, and very hard. Plus quantity of cheese was not usual standards of Sultans. Plus all the pizzas were squashed to one side of the box. Im not sure if delivery driver dropped the pizzas by mistake, but something was wrong last Friday. To the owner, please please please look over your staffs cooking and don't send out food when pizza dough is not ready. After this experience, and £50 later, we will not be ordering from here, for now. ...
