Drove past many times thought id give it a try cos of recommendation. Tbh wasn't the greatest of environments, empty shop, dull, only 4 Stools to sit and eat, buts its more about the food quality. Menu has all the usual suspects for a chicken shop. Update: Visited again, this time went for the spicy dipped burger and was glad I did. Its not too spicy esp with the extra mayo. Nice flavours. Big fillet. Nice taste. Yummy. Bought the spicy chicken sandwich meal ( not the spicy dipped... though i think I should have gone for that). Didn't have to wait too long. The chips were hot, fresh and with the salt were good enough for me. The burger had the standard sesame buns. It wasn't really that spicy, but I'd asked for extra mayo just in case. Masha-Allah very tasty and nice burger. Sometimes you have a good burger and it hits the spot... this was one of those occasions for me. The mayo is very good. Chicken was hot and cooked well. Not the chunkiest of fillets but good for the price. Enjoyed it and would def have again. I see lot of bad reviews but I think lot of chicken shops can be hit or miss, depends on when you go maybe, not sure. Next time its the spicy dipped burger.
Used Uber eats to order as per screenshot. Got the order without the chips as described when I placed my order. The man on the phone did not understand what I repeated to him and tried to explain to him. Kept offering me £100 and free food if I was right..I don't need the free food I just want the food I ordered and paid for. He couldn't understand this and I'm very disappointed that they couldn't rectify or listen to their customers. Management please fix this. As this is false advertising. Food usually good but service needs work.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and their behavior felt discriminatory. This is completely unacceptable for any business that values customers. Management seriously needs to address this issue immediately through proper training or staff changes. If this continues, it will negatively impact the business and drive customers away.
