Janat Restaurant & Take Away

I’ve been to this place a few times before, but my last visit a few days ago was awful. The staff member there (I think his name was jamar or jahar something like this) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The food had no quality at all and I found some disgusting things in it that made me feel sick. I’ve attached the photos. Response to the owner: Looking at your other negative reviews, it seems you have an excuse for everyone, but that doesn't hide the truth. As you mentioned, it is clearly a metal background—I know very well it’s not glass or wood 🙂 and maybe you should think about why it's metal. The photos are zoomed in specifically so the disgusting items can be seen clearly. Instead of taking responsibility, you are accusing a customer of lying, which perfectly proves the lack of professionalism I mentioned regarding your staff. I don't need to prove anything to you here; I will be sending my evidence, along with further proof that confirms this is your restaurant, to Salford Council. They can deal with your hygiene and service issues.

Tried this place for the first time in November 2023. Food is very average and place is ok hygiene wise. The staff are friendly and hospitable but the food lets this place down. It’s not the cleanest. Not sure if I’d go again especially with so much choice on this road. Ordered chicken, Kabeda and also two pizzas which were fully loaded but sometimes less is more.

For a reasonable price, Jannat Cheethamhill offers one of the best flavourful and Juicy Kebabs. Whatever you're craving, grilled food, Shawarma, Kebeda, Fatayar, burgers, they have got it. I especially enjoyed their Jannat Specially Pizza 🍕, which was extremely cheesy, fresh, and delicious 😋. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. This is one of my favourite places to eat at Cheethamhill. The food here never fails to delight me. Definitely recommend 👌plenty of seating on the first floor. Moreover, it's worth noting the thoughtful touches that enhance the dining experience, such as the complimentary lentil soup served as a starter and the refreshing black tea provided at the end to cleanse the palate after indulging in the savory meats 🍖 😀
