The online system for medical reviews is very good and honestly the only thing keeping me at this GP. 1 of the receptionists is fantastic and a breath of fresh air. There is 1 receptionist in particular that is rude and provides incorrect advice. I know it's a tough job but never been spoken to by anyone like how she speaks, I always aim to be as polite as possible so don't understand it. I listened to her walk away and complain about me today, incredibly unprofessional. Will be writing a formal complaint as nobody checks these. Also one of the people who administers the blood tests - I've had 50+ and never had one so painful. Hurting for hours after (had one in the other arm yesterday and didn't feel a thing)

I agree totally with all the negative reviews about this practice having used the surgery since 2001.The doctors seem incapable of making an accurate diagnosis and therefore providing the necessary treatment. The receptionists and admin staff are even worse often being unhelpful and even rude. I have an ongoing issue with them regarding a travel insurance claim form. They seem to think the doctors don't have a responsibility to complete the form even though they charge for it.Therefore people may as well travel uninsured. Very poor.

Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and it’s high time the GP partners found ways to stop their awful attitude to patients. They lack good communication and a complaint is a waste of time as the manager supports them. NHS practice zero tolerance to abuse but this manager thinks it’s okay for the staff to abuse patients. They complain of patients attitude towards them but those patients are only reciprocating the disrespect they received from some of these receptionists who abuse their positions most times, following many experiences with them.
