Terrible Experience – Never Again I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place was just awful. I ordered a waffle with two scoops of ice cream, and everything about it was disappointing. The waffle was cold, chewy, and tasted like it came out of the microwave. The ice cream was overly sweet and artificial — nothing fresh about it. The staff looked annoyed when I asked a simple question, and the service was super slow even though it wasn’t busy. On top of that, the place didn’t feel clean at all. Definitely not worth the money. I expected a nice treat but left with regret. Never going back.

I asked for a strawberry and nutella waffle, and i got a strawberry banana and white chocolate waffle , when i got back to the shop , they apologised and did it again, when i checked again they kept the waffle as it was and just added nutella on top, It was not what i wanted and the issue wasn’t resolved. They should listen to the customer’s complaint and give us what we asked because we pay for it, not just give it back to us wrong, cold and soggy .
