It was an amazing experience overall. Waffle and shake were great and espacially their customer service. I was served by staff named saad; excellent customer service, polite and genuinely willing to serve. I would love to visit this place again.

We went there today to eat in. I asked for an allergen menu to which I was asked to scan a QR code. The allergen menu showed two types of cheesecake, one gluten free and the other not. I asked the guy behind the counter (manager named kamran) to clarify if what I was offering was the gluten free cheesecake. His response was “I don’t know - if it says it on the menu then it’s gluten free”. I proceeded to order, when I clarified with the servers they were a lot more helpful and actually took a picture of the ingredients list - it confirmed my suspicions that the cheesecake they were going to serve was NOT gluten free. I immediately asked for a refund - to which kamran reluctantly gave. Does he not understand the gravity of the situation? Had I not have double checked my wife could have ended up in hospital and they would have been in big trouble. My advice to anyone thinking of visiting this place, stay clear - the owners need a massive change in attitude, without customers they wouldn’t have a business. I will never return and will advise everyone I know not to go. Ps the prices are extortionate too! Pps - Look at their response- it speaks volumes. It’ll just take one incident of someone having an anaphylactic reaction to close you down - my advice, stop trying to prove customers wrong and get some training in customer relations and grammar skills. Thank you for proving my point.

I recently visited Creams with my girlfriend and son. We ordered a waffle with ice cream, but to our disappointment, we found a hair in our dessert. When we informed the staff, they replaced the dessert but did not offer any apology for the incident. Additionally, the waffle itself was not up to standard it was tasteless, I felt I could make it better. It seems that the focus of Creams is more on the presentation rather than the quality of the food. This experience was quite interesting, but unfortunately, not in a positive way. I hope they improve both their food quality and customer service in the future. I will not come back.
