This was my second visit to Vision Express at the Arndale in Manchester, and I came back because I was so happy with my first experience. This time, I brought my mother for an eye test and to get her varifocal glasses. The service was absolutely first class from start to finish. The eye test was done very professionally, and the team was incredibly patient and supportive when helping my mum choose the right frames. A special mention goes to Teaba, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. The offer was great value, and we both left very satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future whenever I or my family need new glasses. Highly recommended!

I went to vision express in the arndale, because my glasses broke and I was due an eye test. when, I had my eye test done it was a lovely experience the lady was very nice and attentive and I chose my glasses without any problems. However, from there things became difficult when I came to pick up my glasses they were in the wrong colour they told me they will send them back and I will be able to collect them after a week or so. Some time has gone by and I haven’t received an update on my glasses so I call the store. I was then told I would receive an update soon. I was then called the next day to say my glasses were discontinued! This was frustrating as I have already been weeks without glasses and needed them to be sorted for exam season. I went into the store to see if I liked any within the same price range. I didn’t see anything that I liked and told the member of staff that I wanted a refund. He then offered a alternative solution and said that he will try ring up a couple of stores around the uk to see if they still have my glasses in stock and told me he would give me a call by the end of the day. Yet again I have heard nothing, this experience has been really distressing. Especially since the fact that this all started from the colleague sending off the wrong colour glasses. I don’t want to bash the staff, I just feel that I got incredibly unlucky with this experience and therefore would like some compensation for the fact that it has been a month since my eye test and I am still without glasses!

I had a great experience at Vision Express at Arendale Manchester Piccadilly. I recently purchased a pair of virifocal glasses, and the staff were invaluable and friendly. Zaid and the team were brilliant and I am delighted with the support I received. Highly recommend.
