Absolutely outstanding. I was seen by Momina who did an amazingly thorough job, very professional and gave me confidence when they wipe down equipment before use. Found out that the glasses I have were really off (not originally from boots) as well as feeling that I was listened to by all staff who assisted me. So new glasses and a very happy customer.
I went to Boots Opticians for a contact lenses teaching session and had a great experience. The staff member, Gia, was fantastic, patient, clear, and very helpful throughout the process. She made it much easier than I expected. Would definitely recommend!
I think Boots Opticians in the Arndale center are brilliant. I went for a routine eye test yesterday and was really impressed by the level of service. The optician was really friendly and explained every step of the process. The examination was thorough and painless. I was in and out in about half an hour with no waiting around at all. They even put a copy of my retinal images onto a CD for free for me because I was curious about them!
