Royal Mail website says today, 24th December is the last day to post before Christmas. I came to the post office at 5pm and it was closed (usual closing time for the post office is 6pm). If you’re not open during your regular time during a certain period, such as Christmas, UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS FOR THAT PERIOD.
Visited today to ship a large number of items and was genuinely impressed by the service. When I couldn’t find suitable boxes on the shelves, the staff went above and beyond—providing four large packing boxes and charging a very reasonable fee. Everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this post office for their excellent customer service!
Azim was so amazing, he wrapped my big parcel for me as it was my first time sending a large item. The rest of the staff are great too, great location, great services - and everything done with a smile - 10/10 faultless
