Unfortunately not a good experience for us. I pre-booked for two taxis at 1:30pm and 5:15pm. The 1:30 taxi was great, picked us up on time and lovely driver and car but at 5:10 I had my second fee reversed with no email or text to explain and this left my young children and disabled dad standing outside in the cold while I had to rearrange for an Uber instead. Can’t say I would use again if I can’t trust a pre paid taxi to turn up
Started off with a cyclist trying to speak with the driver over some altercation. He played very loud ‘talking’ in another language whilst I was trying to concentrate and have a calm trip, and he was rude in general and didn’t seem safe. Maybe he needs a warning, maybe he is having a bad day, but it didn’t feel nice at all:-(
