I can't thank Hayley enough for two wonderful days of Kids Yoga training. I left feeling full of knowledge and inspired with ideas! I highly recommend the course and all the benefits it brings to you and children. It is truly amazing and Hayley is a fantastic teacher and leader.

I attended the Slow Down Sunday Hatha Yoga Class at Creative Calm. It was just what was needed at the end of a busy weekend. The class was very inclusive and well led. The regular students were welcoming and supportive (it was my first time at this class). There was a great sense of community and good will. Also, the studio is well placed in the centre of Prestwich and you may want to follow the class with a tasty breakfast from one of the many local cafes! I would definitely recommend this class, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner.

I had a fantastic experience at the Yoga Nidra class led by Emma. The space felt safe and welcoming, and Emma’s gentle, steady guidance made it easy to fully relax and let go. It was deeply restorative — the kind of rest you don’t realise you need until you experience it. I’ll definitely be returning.
