I’ve been using Spark Life for nearly 5 years now, it’s genuinely one of the best parts of my week! I see Maggie for personal training sessions. She’s completely flexible and adapts everything to my needs, both physical and emotional!! I can really feel the difference that my sessions with Maggie have made to my physical strength and stamina. Maggie knows which types of exercise I enjoy more and we focus on those - it’s great to see my improvements each week! The gym is a really nice environment where everybody feels welcome and valued. There is a real sense of community and there are always plenty of things to get involved with, from book clubs to yoga and Pilates.

I’ve recently started going to Sparklife gym and have loved how friendly, understanding and inclusive it is. The small size of classes has meant that I have been comfortable asking questions and exercises have been adapted to my specific aims & ability. I’ve never stuck a gym out for this long (2 months!) and I’ve definitely never enjoyed it before!

The best gym! I have been coming for 7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is super welcoming, inclusive & the instructors are great. I’ve achieved so many goals and the confidence gained from this in the rest if my life is a bonus!
