I experienced something I have never experienced in 10 years of booking hotels as part of my job. I booked 2x rooms on 24th December. Then today, 1st of December I receive an automated email saying that both rooms had been cancelled. this is 2 days before the actual check in date. This was because they do not have availability.
It is a modern and well-maintained apartment with good security. I was immediately impressed upon arrival, and the hosts constantly kept in touch to ensure checking in was smooth and we were comfortable throughout our stay. The views from the apartment were lovely as well. It had everything one could need during their stay, including a high seat for children. Something the hosts can consider providing is one or two table water in the fridge, especially for guests arriving from far away. Also, on our last day, we couldn't get to regulate the temperature of the shower - it was scalding hot even when turned to maximum cold; I am unsure why that was. Overall, I couldn't have asked for more, especially as it comfortably accommodated my group of three.
Gorgeous spacious apartment, couldn’t ask for anything better. Very modern and clean with comfy bed, walk in shower, cooking facilities and all the amenities you would need. Lovely view of the city from the 22nd floor. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We would definitely return
