Customer Reviews
as a tourist visiting Manchester n staying near the City Centre, this is great clinic to go to as a walk-in. waiting time for first consultation is around 20mins,after registeration. then we waited around 1.5hr for our turn to see the GP. everyone was attentive, friendly and friendly. i dont get the negative commends of this place, but then again i can understand..maybe it depends on the type of sickness u have n the number of people during ur visit. mine was half full, when i arrived around 1:15pm .all n all im done by around 3:30pm .. will come here again if i have another minor emergency..
I wish people showed more appreciation to the kindness and great support offered by the receptionists, GPS and nurses in this walk-in centre. I called them this morning to check if they could see me and I was provided with accurate information as to how the appointment would go. The receptionist was very kind and the nurse in the triage room provided a diagnosis and sorted out my prescription. The whole experience took me 30 minutes. I highly appreciate their time and patience today when explaining my symptoms. Thank you.
Was here today with my partner waiting for a walk-in appointment. It was a long wait but we appreciated the hard work of the staff. What annoyed us was that there were 2 people in wheelchair that kept complaining loudly to the staff for more than 1 hour and they were racist as they said they only wanted to speak to someone whose first language is English. We were so upset hearing that and the staff had no support at all as they said the manager was not there. My partner was feeling poorly and it got worse as we were forced to listen to them. The staff tried their best, but it was a shame for the management. Next time we would rather wait at A&E as at least they have managers and security.
