Exceptional service! Great group of clinicians and admin staff working together to ensure patient health is always prioritised. I'm often offered same day appointments after submitting online requests. Dr Sfeir and Dr Morris are always patient when listening to my concerns and address them appropriately without making me feel rushed. Lukas always makes any blood test appointments as quick and painless as possible. It's nice knowing I'm in good hands with City Health Centre!
I moved to this practice a couple of years ago after years of putting up with terrible service and surly receptionists at a practice elsewhere. I wish I’d moved sooner. Everyone I’ve seen has been friendly and professional and I’m always left with a sense that they’re on my side and really committed to being helpful. I know that this should be a given but it absolutely isn’t. I’ve never had a problem getting appointments and would definitely recommend this practice.
I have been with this practice for seven years and have always received excellent care with no issues. Most of my queries are addressed on the same day, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. P. Clode is extremely caring and professional—he listens carefully to all my concerns and provides great advice. Highly recommend.
