Very disappointed with this dental surgery. They charge high fees — even at NHS rates — yet appointments last less than five minutes and feel extremely rushed. There is little to no communication, not just with patients but even between the dentist and reception staff. It often feels like there’s poor coordination and inaccurate or incomplete notes on the system, which is very concerning when it comes to patient care. I’ve also experienced negligence here twice, which has completely broken my trust. Unfortunately, I can’t easily leave as this is the only local surgery available to me, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this practice.
Dr Serena Rochford B.D.S is an absolutely fantastic dentist - so thorough and gives such clear explanations & advice. My 2 young daughters felt completely at ease. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing experience from Dr Monica and her nurse Molly. I am very pleased with my service. Always a pleasant welcome from reception staff!!!.
