An incredible team who truly care! I cannot thank Kingsway Dental enough for the exceptional care they gave to my mum. She became very unwell during a routine dental check-up, experiencing sudden dizzy spells, and the entire team responded with such speed, professionalism, and genuine compassion. She did not feel unwell due to the treatment as she has other health conditions which may of triggered her dizzy spells. They immediately provided medical assistance, comforted her, and even called an ambulance without delay. It's clear they are not only highly skilled in dentistry but also well-equipped and knowledgeable in handling medical emergencies. The level of attention, empathy, and reassurance they gave to both my mum and our family was truly above and beyond. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care shown—Kingsway Dental, you are amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I've been a patient here for many years & had all sorts of treatments with various people & I cannot recommend this practice enough. They're worth the journey I have to make every time. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly & every dentist/hygienist etc. I've seen there was caring, explained things clearly & thoroughly, provided excellent treatment (I never had to have anything redone, unless I was told I would need to), inspired confidence & just generally was a pleasure to deal with. Nowadays, I usually see Wendy & she's absolutely fantastic. I always look forward to having a chat & catch-up & leave smiling. Whatever the management here are doing to secure great staff & service, they are doing it right.
