am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service at this Gp center. My 80-year-old mother had an appointment scheduled for 9:40 AM and was not seen until 11:53. The treatment we received from the staff was incredibly poor. I would strongly advise against coming to this center. You would be better off going to register to other gp or even waiting at a hospital emergency room than dealing with the unprofessionalism here
This has been my surgery since 1994. I've always had excellent service here! My doctor, A.Esmail, is one of the best doctors in the country, and whenever he wasn't available the surgery has plenty of other doctors who are very competent. Reception have always been polite and empathetic, super surgery if you ask me!
