Raising my concerns to GPS re all similar issues to everyone on here and reception staff unprofessional do not listen to patients needs . I preferred the previous new bank staff GPS more than receptionist. I'm trying to bare with them but I feel I maybe taking myself else where as they do not listen to patients specially GPS fob us off to get admin to ring us to see someone else even though I've booked early and request my main gp who has seen me with long-term health and he asked someone else to see me instead .. what is the point asking which gp would you like to speak to or who has health with you before who is aware of your health and still does not speak to me as I request phone call not to see me just a phone call to discuss the matter nope see someone else !!!! Absolutely rubbish GPS gtd are unprofessional do not know what they are doing 😡😤👎🏽🚫❌🚷⛔do not register here and plus there is no confidentiality with you standing there exposing your name dob and address etc as everyone can hear because they cannot be bothered have radio on so no one can hear . Customer care they don't care they just want money from gov they don't care about us
The admin is terrible. Not doing their job. Referrals are not sent so you have to chase them after waiting for months. They never give a reason or explain why but they try to convince you by saying referrals are sent again where you have to wait more for a few months. NHS is already struggling but with these guys they make things even more long. It has happed a couple of times now for mum’s and daughter’s referral. I put a complain and it has been over 2 months and they don’t bother to do any thing about it as nobody has been in touch since then. We are going to move the whole family to another GP practice. If you don’t want headache don’t register with them, stay away because the staff there don’t care.
I’m really disappointed with the service at New Bank Health Centre in Stockport road. The customer service has been consistently poor, and the receptionist in particular has been very unprofessional during my visits. This was my third time coming in for an appointment, only to be told yet again that it had been cancelled. No prior notice, no apology, and no effort to help rearrange things in a way that was actually convenient. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication and respect for patients’ time is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend this GP service
