Very bad service, doctors and staff don’t care about patients, I had very bad experience always, never recommended , I am going to take legal action against this surgery/staff. Will share feedback soon .
Worse had 3 seizures 2 serve seizures dat left me on icu better going to NHS 1 as they dont help at all I don't even think them people are good doctors as they make them partners nothing came from my complaint so if anyone know how to take this further please let me know
Cannot fault this GP surgery. Very quick service to collect prescriptions and I’ve always been able to get appointments as needed for my young daughter as well as myself or my elderly mum. I’ve seen Dr Khalid a few times lately and she’s got the best, kindest and most compassionate manner. She always makes time for her patients to explain everything fully and is so patient! Always a pleasure to see her. Dr Bates has been instrumental in my mum’s recovery. BIG thank you to both Dr Khalid and Dr Bates. I really like the new online system for requesting appointments and prescriptions. Thanks so much for everything to the whole team at Ailsa Craig!
