Really lovely staffs and the doctor whom my mum saw (Dr Aldred) was really attentive and thorough. My mum’s neck pain is a lot better now after applying the gel. She is feeling a lot stronger too after 2 days of antibiotic course. Hopefully will be up on her feet soon. Ioannis MSK physio was really helpful as well. Thanks again Vallance Medical!
I have no hesitation in giving an honest review to the staff and the facilities at the Vallance Dental Medical Center. I'm 60 yeas of age and I've been going there, from when it was around the corner in the old medical center. So all my life, basically 🙁 I remember Howard Mellor since his first day in practice at Brunswick Street in the tiny little surgery. The new surgery is huge, top class! state of the art decor, furnishings, and the most advanced equipment, no exspence spared 💰 👍oooh! & very clean 😇 I was greeted by 2 smiley ☺️ 😊 faced reception staff, who booked 📖 me in and answered my questions fully 👏 I was happy to get to be seen a few minutes before my appointment booking time ⏲️ Which is always nice. Dr Louisa & Pauline make a good team, I like them very much 🫂 and they show sincere interest in the well-being of their patients and offer encouragement where needed, which I very much appreciate 👏 All in all, another pleasant experience, I hope all these staff members remain at the vallance center for many happy years to come 🏃♂️✅️ 🏃♀️ ✅️ 🤞
Absolutely pathetic. Just had a phone call with the receptionist and she was very rude. I was explaining my condition, it has been going on for more than a month. I'm having trouble eating anything and it is getting severe. She just hung up saying have you tried any medicine and asked me to visit a pharmacy. I asked for an appointment but yeah, nothing. They just ignore you and their diagnosis is always wrong. Faced it in the past aswell, where they completely diagnosed my condition wrong which is scary because what if I got treatment. Do not register yourself at this practice.
