Very rude staff. Mariam was extremely rude while I was looking at the reduced items. She came over, started checking the reductions for herself, and threw items in front of me without waiting for me to finish looking. Her behaviour was very poor and unprofessional, especially in front of other customers. At the self-scan area, she was shouting at Asian customers, while being happy and smiley with English customers, which was very uncomfortable to witness. Another lady working at the self-scan was also very rude and arrogant. Robert, however, was very good. He was the only one smiling and genuinely helping customers. That is how customer service should be. I visited Asda Levenshulme on Sunday at 13:25, and this was a very bad experience. I would rather shop at Sainsbury’s, spend my money there, and at least be treated with respect
Shopped here a few times, most probably won't be going back even if passing.. The store has a decent range of items if you are doing a small-medium size shop... Some of the staff at this store have really bad customer service skills...If I had clocked her name I would have mentioned them both by name (it's the unfriendly looking/speaking women usually)... I've only interacted with one male colleague at this store and he was rather helpful to me.
Sold this expired drink to us on the 28th Nov. 2025. One never imagined this is possible in today’s world.
