I waited a very long time to have our fish cut, even though the store was not busy at all. The two staff members at the fish cutting section were extremely slow and seemed more interested in gossiping with people they knew than actually serving customers. If you’re not someone they recognize, they simply ignore you. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. We are paying customers — we are buying products, not asking for anything for free — so we expect basic respect and proper service. Absolutely disappointing experience. I will never go back there, and I would not recommend this place to others.
Absolutely terrible experience at the butcher/fish section. I stood waiting for a long time, but when my turn finally came, the staff completely ignored me and chose to serve customers they personally knew. Even after trying to get their attention, I was told to wait again while they continued serving their familiar customers. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make things worse, the fish was cut completely wrong despite giving clear instructions. The pieces were uneven, crooked, and most of the fish was basically ruined. If the staff don’t know how to manage a queue or even cut fish properly, then running a fish section makes no sense. Very poor service and a complete waste of time. Definitely not coming back.
Just bought the Falsa from Manchester super store in a manually sealed plastic box in £8.99 and all the Falsa were full of fungus. I tried to call them to file my complaint over the call, but no one is answering it. Unfortunately, I had give them one star as I do not have option to give them ZERO star review.
