Hijab wearing ladies - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. I had been going to this salon since I was a young girl and it was ran by the lovely Sara. She really knew how to treat her customers well and was good at what she did. The new management are not good at what they do and have terrible customer service. I asked them to put a partition across in order to allow me to have a hair cut, as I wear the hijab, and the lady working there refused. Even though I have used a partition there several times before. It was obvious she was too lazy to get up to go and find it and kept telling me it was ‘OK’ to just sit there and get my hair cut, even though I was not comfortable at all. Very rude and self-centred. Lost a long time customer! Good riddance, they aren’t even that great at cutting hair - I only used to go out of convenience!
Horrible experience was in hurry so when here, for full arms wax the lady was nice but service was poor left over all the wax in my arms and hands and charged me 18£ for full arms. Not recommended is west of money !!
It was a freezing salon and I had a cold when I back home. Zero facilities and the same price as 5-star salons. I'm not happy with my hair colour.
