Both my husband and I have been relying for two decades on GP services provided by the Borchardt. In this period we witnessed how significant changes in our health conditions have been responded to, through the care and competence demonstrated by the team based in the surgery- from receptionist to GP. Throughout we have found the team showing, with a remarkable consistency, the willingness to help their patients, seeking to use the necessary resources available. It has been our long-held belief that my husband and I both regard ourselves fortunate enough to be able to rely on the competence and the caring ethos of the team working in the Borchardt. Always efficient and excellent care from putting in request to call back from reception staff to any clinician I have seen. I have been a patient for 15years and have zero complaints! Keep up the great work.
