We got a takeaway from saffron this evening for the first time and it was absolutely beautiful the flavours were amazing. We've had from other Indian takeaways before but saffron far exceed any other for flavour. I ordered early on line and it gave me a guided time for delivery and it wasn't far off either. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because it was certainly worth it. I had the south Indian garlic balti and there was a vegetarian masalla ordered too with vegetable pilau rice and naan bread all were lovely. Thankyou saffron for a delicious meal!!! Also the girl I spoke to on the phone was so pleasant as was the man who delivered it.
Fantastic food as usual. Had the kebab today and it was truly amazing. Only ate half and will keep the rest for tomorrow. Would definitely do 2 people. The best onion bahjis in town. The delivery was quick and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try. The best in Carlisle
Ordered from here tonight. I must say it was out of this world. One of the best curries I've ever tasted. Also ordered the chicken chaat which was delicious and beautiful presented as it should be.it came with a freshly made chapati which was well needed to mop up the remaining juices Also didn't mind paying the extra 90p for an extra sauce and onion salad as i didn't order a side dish. The korma was amazing and the chicken so tender. This has got to be my new favourite takeaway. The staff were amazing and helpful and so friendly. Highly recommend to anyone
