Our GP is friendly, with excellent doctors, receptionists, and more. After implementing the new registration system, everything has become faster and easier. You don't have to wait up to 30 minutes to connect with reception; you can do everything quickly and conveniently online. 🥰
Receptionists are rude and obnoxious. They lie about prescriptions to get you off the phone. They make you feel like your wasting their time and they cant be bothered.
Why isn't there a 0 star option for this awful practice. If this is what we pay tax for then scap the NHS. Waited for months to get a broken bone looked into and the "Gate Keeper" staff are absolutely useless and rude at reception.0 empathy. All they do is send u a text now (that's if they don't hang up on you after a 30 min wait) and then you dont get any reply from the doctors. Absolute disgrace and should be investigated ASAP!!
