Excellent cocktails with good service in a great venue. The bar has a great vibe and its a very enjoyable place to have a drink. Its very cool to walk past the old iron door to the safe on the way in. However the menu is limited and a bit expensive
My second visit here and once again it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is perfect and the service second to none. The drinks are a little more expensive than average but presented impeccably with table service
Sterling Bar is an absolute gem! I absolutely loved this underground spot the cocktails did not disappoint! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and take their time to make your night feel special. I ordered the Pink Thistle (10/10) and the Lava Flow (10/10) both were outstanding. I also had a glass of red wine: Railsback Frères Cuvée Chloe Syrah 2020 (125ml), which was a solid 10/10 full bodied with a beautiful warmth that lingered on the chest. To finish, I had the Chocolate Truffle (10/10). The flavor was rich and indulgent pure chocolate bliss that left a strong lasting impression. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for top quality cocktails in Manchester.
