Booked Barry (with a week’s notice) for an important trip to the train station. Confirmed the time with him, and sent additional email re-confirming the day before travel. On the morning of pick up, I called him when he didn’t turn up ten minutes after the agreed time. He said he’d ‘lost track of time washing his car’, he was still at home and asked ‘what time is your train?’ - not a time he was going to get me there by!! Don’t use him if you have to be somewhere by a specific time. Totally unreliable.

A group of us travelled to Carlisle to attend an event and we needed a taxi that could fit 6 people. I found Barry's taxi online and I feel like I made a right choice. He was very reliable, friendly and welcoming. We asked for one extra person to be on the ride and he was completely flexible. Will book him again if we ever go to Carlisle again!

Barry was brilliant. Even though our train was delayed he was there when we walked out of the station. We found Barry reliable and friendly and would recommend his service to anyone going to Carlisle
