Thanks to Avanti West Coast we were stranded in Carlisle on our way to Glasgow on the 27th December.Avanti did nothing for us but we came across Amir a fantastic taxi driver and very kind person.He took us to Glasgow and even dropped my wife and daughter home before taking me to the supermarket and then dropping me home with no extra charge. I forgot to ask Amir for a receipt but once I contacted him he kindly posted the receipt to me. If we or someone we know is ever in Carlisle again I would recommend Amir’s Taxis. Many thanks again Amir for helping us out.
