Great customer service from the team at the Carlisle branch. Went in with an issue with my 4g. I was greeted by a lady at the door who was very helpful and she sent me to sit down with an advisor. Tom was really helpful and really nice to talk to. He sorted the issue with my phone to get me up and running again. Also gave me a great deal on a new iPhone and tablet which I couldn’t refuse. He also explained to me that they offer virgin media in there now seeing as I’m paying £70 to BT I’ll be sure to to visit the Carlisle store again for some WiFi when i move house in December.

Absolute shocking customer service. Called into store for the second time with a issue with my new phone the girl I spoke to was rude and customer service was terrible. The girl I spoke to made a comment (great start to my day) after I complained about having to send my phone away for possibly two weeks to be repaired leaving me with no phone at all. I don't understand how a company can't just replace the phone as it is under warranty and it clearly is an issue with the phone and not something I have done. The phone is only three months old! I have been with o2 for many years but I will definitely not be staying with them after this.
