Staff are clearly more focused on tasks rather than customer service. 3 members of staff...one clearly new and being trained by another which is fine. The 3rd member just oblivious to a customer standing there waiting, busy doing something else. The staff member doing the training then disappeared to the corner to drink monster and scroll on her phone, again ignoring me. 100% would not shop here anymore. Im sorry but customer service is always a priority in retail, what should have only been a quick 2 min transaction turned into loss of a sale.
Went to buy a Wii remote for my son was told it had Been tested before I purchased the item. Get it home lo and behold it didn’t work and they definitely haven’t tested it, as I repair electronics and found a shorted capacitor on the motherboard lucky I fixed it before my son realised. Will not be back
"Apple smart battery case" on the website was just a plastic generic one wasted 1 hour journey
