AVOID What i believe to be a store employees child, based on the way they were interacting and body langauge, old enough to know age, threw a toy at my 16 month old son's face, missing him by an inch and it bouncing off the bar. Child and presumed mother cackled in my face and issued no apology. My son has a history of convulsions had that hit him hard enough it may have triggered one I have already complained to customer service.
I ordered a board game from The Entertainer online service as a click and collect on Monday night. They took the money but never sent a collection code, so I popped into the Carlisle store today 29/11/23 and spoke to a lovely staff member called Holly. She went above and beyond to help me and sorted out the issue very efficiently. Her customer service skills were excellent. She is definitely an asset to your company.
Toys offered at this shop are of really high in quality. Prices were also reasonable. They have good variety for all ages and I loved visiting there. I am optimistic toys I bought will be good value against money. Staff was very courteous and service oriented.
