Shop never gets games on release day, never has any staff anywhere to be seen and basically just sells overpriced toys now. Wouldn’t recommend this shop, it isn’t what it used to be.
No cash desks open on top two floors. Had to carry items from top to bottom floor. Too many staff stood around talking
I took a broken headset back today. They won’t refund it, accused me of breaking it and told me I should have taken out extra insurance ‘to cover things like this’. I don’t expect headsets to snap, especially when they have only had 2 weeks of use. The staff in this store are ignoring consumer rights. UPDATE - I contacted the manufacturer who replaced it with their no quibble guarantee. They said it was down to faulty manufacturing. The new one has been perfect.
