Utterly fantastic! We Had been let down by two local companies who said they were going to refit our bathroom and then failed to do so! Home plan were fantastic from start to finish! Mike came to do a quote. He turned up on time. He removed his footwear in our house. He listened to what we wanted to do, His experience and knowledge led to some good ideas and feedback. A date was agreed and work started on time. The tradesmen that came to the house were all very professional clean working polite and respectful of the fact they were working in someone’s home. All the work has been done to a high standard and we are extremely pleased with our new Bathroom. I was strongly recommend home plan to anyone thinking of a kitchen bathroom or bedroom.
We had a great experience with homeplan from beginning to end. No hard sell with Mike, lots of patience in the planning stage, lovely tradesmen that I was comfortable having in the house , Sarah kept us updated via email during the installation and was very patient with all our queries and at the end a beautiful quality kitchen that looks like it was last for many years. Would definitely recommend homeplan
