Outstanding service, delighted with new kitchen. Callum, the kitchen designer was really helpful with his advice and guidance and patient with our changes during the planning. The quality was excellent and value for money for the units, worktop and all the NEFF white goods. Nothing was too much trouble, all was delivered as arranged as had it independently fitted & slotted into place as planned. Delighted with the results, would highly recommend.
We got both kitchen and oak doors fitted Dec 24.very pleased with kitchen and fitter ian.not happy with Greig who sold us everything , we got the wrong texture on work surfaces ,mat was fitted should have been silk also no kitchen large cutlery tray. When I took it up with greig he said would come out and sort it .nope never did.i have dealt with andersons nearly 40 yrs ,first time had to mention something I was not happy with.thats why only 4 stars.
Excellent service from the staff and installers at the Andersons Ltd Carlisle store. Our requirements for a new kitchen and flooring were discussed in detail to suit our budget, and the installers did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable - would recommend! 10/10
