5 Stars for Reece I bought by a 2nd hand Ateca from Lloyds. I live 2 hours away and bought the car blind. Mainly based on the service I received from Reece. I found the car online Wednesday night. Registered interest. I got a personalised video the next morning running everything through the car and its features and reporting any damage. Did the paperwork and got it over the line. Needed to pick it up the following weds as main day I could get off challenges happened in the valet bay but pulled it over the line so it was ready and even gave me some fuel to get me on my way. Throughout communication was consistent and of a great service and level. I put a bit of pressure on Reece for timescale and he really did listen and take everything on board. I would definitely purchase a car here again based on the service I received.
We had first class service throughout, I had a quick response to my initial enquiry and within a couple of hours I was watching a personalised video of the car we bought. Jonny was excellent, he gave us a deal we were very happy with and kept us updated throughout the process. Jonny and his colleagues were very welcoming when we travelled down from Aberdeen to collect the car and we couldn't fault them at all, will definitely be coming back to Lloyds for our next car.
Moving from a 21 year old car to a 4 year old modern car with all the trimmings has been super easy because of Jonny's excellent support. His enthusiasm coupled with professionalism has helped enormously and made things less nerve wracking. Will definitely use this place again because our little 2nd car been round the clock so will be probably paying a visit in the near future.
