My husband and I went to look round the showroom at BYD Carlisle, very impressed. We had been looking to replace my husbands car for approximately 6 months. We were greated by Humza the Sales Manager, who was amazing. We were intetested in buying a slightly smaller electric car an SVU and the Atto 3 jumped out on the sales pitch. We were not disappointed, very sylish car and drives like a dream. The service we received from start to finished was exceptional. We had a test drive to see how the car drives and then back to the dealership to discuss options. No pressure sales, just very informative. We were taken through the finance options and then proceeded to place an order. The whole sales process was seemless and no pressure. We can wait for our new car to arrive. David kindly welcomed us as soon as we arrived and we felt at ease at once. We went for a test drive in the SEAL U and fell in love. I can certainly say I wasn’t an easy customer with the amount of questions I asked along the way and changing my mind about 50 times on the make and colour of the car, but I never felt a pain, the customer service I received by David and Humza was fantastic. I finally made up my mind and my new car was ready for me in 2 days! I got a fantastic hand over from David and the customer service hadn’t stopped there, as they checked in a few days later to see if we had any further questions. I cannot thank them enough! Definitely would recommend buying from David and the team at Lloyd Carlisle BYD - many thanks again, I absolutely love my car!
Purchased Sealion 7 excellence in July, couldn’t be happier with it. Lovely car, comfortable, so quiet, tech amazing, drives well and milage it does as advertised. Derek Fulton at BYD took care of us through test drive to purchasing, explaining everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process a lovely experience and even contacted us a week after collecting the car to make sure we were happy. The whole team at BYD were friendly and helpful. We have since purchased a second car and would recommend the brand and the team at Carlisle BYD 100%.
