Impeccable service from start to finish. I picked up my car two days ago and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I had a minor issue with the finance, and Hugo resolved it immediately, even though it wasn’t related to the dealership. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress free. I can’t recommend Hugo and the dealership highly enough.
We went last Saturday after arranging a test drive for a 3-year old Renault Megane E Tech. Our experience with this dealership in general and Hugo Mendoça in particular has been excellent. We never felt pressured to make a rushed decision on the car, Hugo made everything very simple for us and had all the paperwork ready in case we wanted to go ahead and purchase the car. He allowed us enough time to properly inspect the car without being around. Showed us all the features and more importantly, he was honest about the state of the car. We went all the way from Edinburgh on a Saturday and Hugo made sure the car was fully charged by the time we left the dealership for our drive back. We were offered coffee and as I said before, plenty of time to make sure we were making the right decision. A great experience overall.
I have recently purchased a car from this dealership in Carlisle, I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The sales team were very helpful and listened to my questions and requirements, I dealt mainly with a very nice gentleman named Charlie. He is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable sales people I have come across and his manager Kieran was extremely helpful too. I would recommend anyone looking for their next car to go to this dealership, they will be very happy to help. The car was prepared to a very high standard and anything that was needed was done.
