I am not happy with the mechanic's service, the complete MacPherson strut was replaced because the spring broke and after this replacement the ABS sensor was broken. Traction control, ABS, and all safety systems stopped working, I was sent home and back to the garage and every time they gave me a stupid excuse, I was there maybe 4 times and I don't live close by, I left the car and every time they couldn't fix it, they gave me some incredible story. Until I was left with nothing and decided to take the car to Nissan service, the cost of repairing what they broke was £200. I do not recommend
Absolutely fantastic service definitely recommend and will be returning! I went in for a check up, due to my engine not running correctly. The staff are friendly and approachable and was eager to find out what was wrong with my car, when explained they took my number and would give me a ring, when they had fixed my car. The garage is in a Great location as well, close to some shops and few minutes away for a nice walk along the river, so peaceful and relaxing, time flies to then have the phone call your cars fixed. When i returned, they greeted me presenting my fixed car and runs so smoothly now. Very greatful for this garage and its staff definitely be back!!!!
Spark plugs needed changed on my C3, called a few local garages - this place wasn't the cheapest but definitely reasonable and the location was super handy for me so ended up booking my car in. Service was friendly in person & on the phone, got booked in quickly, work was finished on time. No complaints! Would use this garage again.
