Best thing I ever did joining BC Fitness. I have been a member for over 3 years and am the fittest, strongest and healthiest I have been. It’s pushes me out of my comfort zone to achieve things such as a Hyrox and photoshoot challenge. The staff are knowledgeable, fun and challenge you to be your best. I have made some amazing and genuine friends through the community that BC has.

This isn’t just a gym, this is a family, a community. It’s been absolutely what I needed over the last 3.5 yrs. I’ve committed and done all the hard work with this amazing bunch of coaches and humans and I’ve lost the weight, got stronger, got faster, got healthier. I know what to eat, I know when to eat and I know how to fuel my body for what it needs. This isn’t just a gym that pushes you physically. But also mentally and it has given me such a drive and passion for fitness again. HYROX, Hybrid Games, ATHX, trail runs, road runs. You can throw anything at me now and I won’t even blink! It makes you ready for anything. I started at 110kg (yes….. 😱) but slow and steady weight loss, it stays off and it keeps getting lower. The graph says it all! If you told me over 3 years ago I’d be going on a ski and HYROX holidays with my gym buddies I’d have laughed. Now look 🤣 Even doing Malaga HYROX with the big man Ben Crawshaw himself! 💪

I joined BC Fitness after seeing them on Facebook and am so glad I did. So welcoming and encouraging in every way. I joined as an over 50 on their six weeks plan, otherwise I don’t think I would ever have joined a gym, the six weeks plan is in groups of no more than eight people which means the instructor is always available to advise, or in my case remind me of what I’m supposed to be doing and make sure I’m doing it right. Definitely the best decision I have made in a long time. Don’t waste time thinking about it, just go for it!
