I've been a member of strength Shack for just over two years now and can honestly say it's like my second home. When someone tells you a gym caters for everyone, that's exactly what this place does. It has a powerlifting room, strongman/woman kit, hyrox facilities, cardio suite, and top of the range cable stacks and equipment, a barbers, sunbeds, ice bath, infrared sauna, physios, even a blood lounge. It also has a shop (suppshack) providing you with all the supps you need. Top quality and professional pts/coaches. It is hands down the best gym in town if I could give 10 stars I would and even then that's not enough. The staff are very professional and friendly as well as the members
Amazing gym, awesome staff, great members and all the equipment you could ask for (and more continually added!). Many additional amenities including JJ’s Barbers, food from Fuelled by Katie, Willow Beauty Spa, sauna, tanning machine and ice bath all under one roof. One of the best gyms in the country in my humble opinion and welcoming to absolutely anyone of any ability! Get yourself down you will not be disappointed.
This place is like my second home. Without a doubt THE best gym in Cumbria! Everything you could possibly need under one roof and more!! .. Each member of staff and each PT will go out of there way to help where needed.
