I never thought a gym would be the place for me. I’d been running on and off for a few years but never managed to stick with it, and I always believed cardio was the only way to manage my weight. After a recommendation, I decided to give this gym a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, I’ve found it brilliant. Every session feels supportive, not just from the PTs but from the other members too. Everyone is encouraging, pushing me to try things I never thought I could do, while also making sure I’m doing them safely and correctly. I’m now achieving things I genuinely never believed I was capable of. I feel stronger, both physically and mentally. I manage to go twice a week, which I thought would be difficult to fit around full-time work and family life, but instead it’s given me more energy and drive to do more overall.

I was very apprehensive about joining a gym. I had a life changing leg injury in 2023 which affects my mobility. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They set a program to suit the individual and the groups are very small and you receive one to one training so you are confident you are doing things safely and effectively. Everyone attending is also friendly and everyone feels an equal whatever level of fitness they are at. I have felt so much better in myself and am confident to do exercises now I thought I wouldn’t be able to do. .Thank you so much to all the team! .
