Worst place you could possibly sell your car to. Took car in agreed on a price and signed paperwork and gave them the car agreed to be payed in a couple days however 3 days later they said they has been a revised price of a £1000 less wasn't happy about this but agreed in the end to save any hassle however the next day phone call saying the revised price was an error and its actually £1800 less joke of a place. Finally got the car back after a week of being passed around on the phone came back with several new scratches on the boot as somone had used a brush with stones in to clean it by the looks. Worst experience ever!
The online quote was 1/7th higher than what was paid, despite no issues with the vehicle. Quotes should be more accurate.
Price paid reduced significantly due to minor grazes however better than trade in offer so was accepted.
