Great experience from Andy and his female colleague tonight. Broken down and was recovered swiftly from Kirkconnel. Would definitely recommend and very efficient recovery.
Broke down in Gretna today and after waiting 5 hours for the RAC who then escalated to a local mechanic. I was quickly called by a staff member from Euroroute who advised they’d have a mechanic out to me as soon as possible. Around 30 minutes later Daryl arrived and quickly found out what the problem was and was able to fix my vehicle at the roadside. Highly professional and an excellent service which enabled me to get home safely. Many thanks
